RMC Gems is a gemstone manufacturer and retailer founded in 1991. The company is headquartered in Hong Kong, with sales offices in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo & New York and factories in Thailand and China.

The company specializes in offering matched pair/sets, exclusive collections crafted with unique gemstones such as Paraiba Tourmaline, Morganite, and others. In addition to their free-standing stores, RMS Gems has an active online presence and serves customers internationally.

History

RMC Gems was established in 1991 in Bangkok and gradually expanded its physical presence to Hong Kong, Tokyo, and New York. The company also built its cutting factories in Thailand, and China. Since its inception, RMC Gems has become a pioneer in gemstone manufacturing by supplying stones in all shapes, sizes, custom, and regular cuts in any quantity.

In 2021, the company launched its e-commerce portal www.shoprmcgems.com with the aim to further the company’s reach and facilitate Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C). This portal was launched to reach a global audience and make shopping for gemstones easier and faster. RMC’s e-commerce portal is accessible on desktops, laptops, and mobiles.

The website's highlights include the ability to shop by gemstone name, browse for matched pairs/sets, Exclusive Collections featuring one-of-a-kind gemstones such as Paraiba Tourmaline, Morganite, and others, Stock Unlimited, and Shop By Price (a feature that allows a customer to customise their order).

To ensure customer satisfaction, RMC carries on the entire process of sourcing, producing, and marketing. It also provides authenticity certificates from reputed laboratories like GRS, ICA, AIG, Tokyo Lab, and AIGS to check for authenticity, traceability, and origin.
