Return Policy

Our hope is that you are satisfied with your shoprmcgems.com purchase. We do not currently offer exchanges, so if a new item is required, please return your item by following the process described below, and then place a new order for the replacement product. Please note the order should have been delivered using a traceable freight service to be eligible for a return and refund.

You may return a product and receive a full refund, provided that the product is returned unworn, in its original condition, and with the product tag attached.

• Please email (support@shoprmcgems.com)* us within 14 working days from the date that the product was delivered to you
• We will revert back to you via Email on the same Email ID
• Once return process is confirmed by us, please ship out the product within 30 days from the date of our Email sent to you.
• Upon receiving the product our team will perform Quality control tests and determine if return is acceptable
• We initiate the refund process and the money is credited back to you within 30 days via the same medium of payment initially used by you.
